Weekend denotes Friday and Saturday night stays, plus Sunday on Holiday Weekends

50% of your stay plus tax will guarantee your reservation.
Fourteen days advance notice of cancellation is required for a full refund, less a $25 cancellation fee on guest rooms. Within 14 days, the deposit will be refunded only if the room is rebooked for the entire stay.
Sixty days advance notice of cancellation is required for a 50% refund of deposit on cottages. Within 60 days, deposit will be refunded only if cottage is rebooked for the entire stay.
In addition to your room rates there is a 7% Maine Lodging tax
Please add $25 per night per additional guest (over 7 years old).
Check in time is at 3:00 pm
Check out time is 11:00 am
There is a 2 night minimum on the weekends for guest rooms
There is a 7 night minimum for all Maine Cottages
